The original devs have nothing to do with any of them.

OP was saying the MHO devs should release the 'server code' and I was debating on that point. Of course if fans would create a private server on their own with files that are already public, the repercussions from Disney wouldn't be that bad but if the devs do it instead and directly violate their contract, it would definitely have extremely bad consequences.Are you guys very young or something?

Don't you know how awful it is to get sued? It is a pain to get sued even by one person who has no legitimate claim on you, because even then it takes a lot of time and money to get it settled.
