The only problem is, you can’t really play MGS on PC these days. It’s not on GOG, it’s not on Steam, and you probably can’t even play it if you have it on disc either. Fortunately, someone’s released a fix that makes it compatible with modern machines, so don’t throw that disc away just yet.

When the game's dialogue was re-recorded for The Twin Snakes, the line's delivery was changed to maintain consistency with the pronunciation used by the other members of the English cast. Also in the 'Meryl' ending, Meryl has eight bandages on her legs, arms, and right hand even though Sniper Wolf shot her three times in her thighs and left arm.

This was corrected in The Twin Snakes. Finally, in the 'Meryl' ending, Revolver Ocelot is ordered to keep 'the woman' under surveillance. It is unknown if Ocelot's dialogue was in reference of Meryl herself or another female character.
